The Mindfulness for Mums program includes beautiful group support from other amazing Mums like you through our private Facebook group, as well as unlimited email support from me.
You will all work through the same content each week and will be able to share successes and challenges with other Mums on the same journey. Your voice and contribution will be necessary to inspire and encourage others in the group and vice versa.
Here's the itinerary...
Week 1 - Morning mindfulness
- The foundations of mindfulness meditation
- The importance of a morning mindfulness practice
- Tips and strategies to develop the discipline required to maintain a daily morning practice
Week 2 - Understand yourself, understand others
- Journaling and self-reflection
- Learn what triggers you (i.e. what takes you away from a mindful state)
- Info about teen brain and psychological development and why they act the way they do
Week 3 - Negotiating boundaries
- Connecting with guidance from your higher self to determine appropriate boundaries
- Listening and communication strategies - negotiation skills
- Following through with effective consequences
Week 4 - Healthy relationships
- Prioritising relationships when rules get broken
- What to do when you get triggered and react
- Maintaining your mindfulness practice when things get hectic
Week 5 - What's good for Mum is good for everyone
- Other strategies to maintain a mindful state
- Self-care, self-care, self-care
- Communicating your needs to others
